My first try at blogging..who would have ever guessed. Well, I just learned that BLOG is the abbreviation for WEB LOG. Is it sad that I didn't even know that? I just hope by learning to use a blog I will see the potential of this tool for teaching and learning in my classroom. Only time will tell. So, let the fun begin......:)

    Oh Sharon, you can always count on me to make you feel better.... I too was unaware of the abbreviation connection (WEB LOG)! Makes sense now doesn't it!!

    I am still on the fence about blogging in the classroom with my young learners (see my "Worth It" post). Perhaps later in the school year when their writing skills are more developed. For right now, I will continue to keep an open mind ;)

    And yet another.....I didn't know that blog meant web log either. We are in good company girls! I am interested to find out more about the potential of blogs and education/use in the classroom.
